He was very prompt and direct; our venue staff was disappointing, but Rob helped us out when we asked him questions and was all over the place getting as many shots as he could since the venue was really late with dinner and messed up my timeline. Some of our guests have even called me to compliment how pleasant and friendly Rob was to them which was great to hear. Our pictures came out beautifully- every one has been complimenting us on how classy everything was captured- I love the website that we were able to send to our family members out of state so that they can see them and order them on their own.
